Module 2: De-Escalating Audition Panic & Depression

De-escalation protocols for backstage panic attacks, recognising depressive symptoms in dancers, and active listening techniques.

Module 3: Disordered Eating & RED-S Awareness in Dance

Spotting signs of Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S), body dysmorphia, and establishing safe medical referral pathways.

Module 4: Applying ALGEE Action Plan in Studio Environments

Mastering the ALGEE framework: Approach, Listen, Give support, Encourage professional help, and Encourage self-help strategies.
